Great staff. The service is excellent. In particular concierge team, especially Ye Sili. He assisted with every inquiry we had and made our stay much smoother and more comfortable. Overall environment is warm and quiet. The room was very clean and tidy, can recommend.

very attentive to non-mainland chinese guests when there is no chinese phone number and unable to pay by chinese app/ banking system.

The hotel was good, the satff were friendly.
